About the Instructor: Jacqui Coward has consulted for communities interested in shifting behavioural norms through health communication and has experience hosting, chairing and speaking at conferences on topics including innovative leadership practices and strategies. Currently, her time is focused on supporting organizations to improve individual and group capacity and wellness of their employees. She also enjoys assisting organizations to develop and implement various programs, curriculum and assessment tools for their students or employees through a research-based approach and also instructs at Mount Royal University.
